Shipping policy
We operate from the center of Europe, Berlin, Germany, and will arrange shipping to every corner of the globe using DHL, Hermes, and UPS. The time of delivery depends on your country of residence. We aim to process and post your order within 3 working days. Please beware of local import charges(customs duty and taxes) that may occur when you’re shopping from outside a non-EU country. All shipments will be insured. Track & Trace information will be provided via email upon dispatch. Zone 2 (Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Sweden, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain): 12 EUR
Zone 3 (United Kingdom, Switzerland, Liechtenstein): 25 EUR
Zone 4 (South Korea): 28 EUR
